How do I activate my code after buying?
After checkout on AppSumo, redeem your code from your AppSumo account to unlock lifetime access on the plan you bought. You have up to 60 days to redeem and try it under AppSumo's refund window.
What does one Individual code include?
Lifetime access to TidyCal Individual for one user: unlimited bookings per month, up to 10 integrated calendars, email reminders, paid bookings through Stripe or PayPal, packages, subscriptions, coupon codes, and auto-collected client reviews.
Is there a fee on paid bookings?
Yes. Lifetime plans have a 1% platform fee on paid bookings on top of standard Stripe or PayPal processing fees. The optional Pro upgrade (sold separately as a yearly subscription) removes that platform fee.
Can I remove the TidyCal branding from my booking page?
Not on the lifetime Individual or Agency plan. A small "Powered by TidyCal" bar stays at the bottom of your public booking page. Removing it and getting a custom domain requires the Pro upgrade.
Does the Individual plan work for a team?
The Individual plan is one user only. For round-robin, collective team meetings, or a shared team booking page, the Agency plan covers you plus 3 teammates on the same lifetime deal page.
What's the refund policy?
AppSumo gives you 60 days from purchase to request a refund if TidyCal isn't a fit, subject to AppSumo's terms. That's enough time to connect your calendar, test paid bookings end to end, and decide.
